🔹 ARCHITECT
• BS Architecture graduate
• Licensed Architect is an advantage, but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp & other design software
• Creative, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

🔹 CIVIL ENGINEER
• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Knowledge in AutoCAD & SketchUp
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of basic estimation and civil works
• Can handle manpower
• Flexible, willing to learn, and collaborative
• Willing to work on-site when needed
