More lights, better choice of tiles and bigger mirror were all the components we added to make the space look larger.

Room transformation at our site in Malate, Manila.

With shared ideas from our client, were able to come up with this newly designed bedroom for their daughter.

One of the design requirement was to provide storages and to maintain a neat room by having provisions for the kid’s stuff, books, toys and even a printer! Glad how our team were able to build these cabinets with great symmetry! These cabinets acted as an accent in one side of the wall whilst, the design of it were able to put into place all the said provisions our client needed.

Sharing our townhouse interior renovation.

A typical townhouse in the Philippines usually has an open floor plan with its living room, dining area, and kitchen next to each other. Oftentimes, the provision for the kitchen is remarkably small.

In this home, we were allowed by the owners to use their extra bedroom to relocate their kitchen there. We highly suggested this to have an efficient workflow inside the kitchen. As we provided counters and ample kitchen cabinets for storage to alleviate clutter. The room had a window that was perfect for ventilation. Keeping the kitchen with a closed door won’t permit food odors clinging into their upholstery or inside the whole house. Meanwhile, in the previously allotted kitchen space, we provided cabinetries for additional storage. Thus, keeping this home a cluttered free space!

A Studio Condo transformed into a 1 Bedroom unit at The Venice Residences, Taguig.

My first ID client was an OFW who purchased a bare studio unit for her family in the Ph. In my early years designing homes, one of my most loved essentials is masking tape! It allows us to have a better glimpse of how the space would turn out!

The client’s requirement from my end is to provide a homey space for a family of 4. The design solution was to make a partition for privacy and to separate the living, dining, and kitchen area from the bedroom. Inside the bedroom, our workers had custom-made the double-sized bed with storage underneath, a double-deck with storage, a vanity table, and their closets.

We are glad how we have maximized every corner in this studio condo and how it all turned out.
