Power Supply Update as of April 16, 2026, 8:30 PM:

The Luzon Grid Yellow Alert notice issued earlier today has been lifted by NGCP, effective 7:33 PM.

The NGCP has raised a YELLOW alert today due to a shortage in power supply and power reserves from Luzon Power Plants.

YELLOW ALERT: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Update as of 3:01 PM: Power supply has been restored in all affected areas.

Your power supply may have been affected by a temporary system imbalance due to a sudden plant outage and may last for 10-15 minutes. Identification of affected areas is on-going. Further updates will be posted in our Facebook and X (Twitter) pages for your information. If you have suddenly experienced a power interruption, please expect power to return in 10-15 minutes. However, if the interruption exceeds 15 minutes, you may send us a PM or DM in our Facebook or X (Twitter) pages. Our Customer Care Agents are available to assist you with your concern.

⬆️ 53 centavos ang increase per kWh

🔍 Ang pagtaas ay dahil sa higher generation charges.

✅ Wala namang pagbabago sa Meralco distribution charge.

Tandaan na ang pagtaas o pagbaba ng bill ay depende sa electricity rate for your consumption level at ang na-konsumong kuryente.

Huwag i-overload ang extension cord. ⚠️
