About the Role:
Joeun Partners International, Inc. (JPI) is seeking a highly capable and motivated Purchasing Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in construction procurement and negotiations, with a proactive and organized mindset to manage local and international sourcing.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

🟢 Manage procurement processes from material request to final delivery at the site
🟢 Source and evaluate suppliers for construction materials, tools, and consumables
🟢 Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
🟢 Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), RFQs, and procurement logs
🟢 Coordinate closely with site engineers, storekeepers, and finance teams for timely procurement
🟢 Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing needs based on project schedules
🟢 Ensure all materials meet required specifications and comply with site standards
🟢 Maintain updated records of purchased items, delivery tracking, and supplier performance

📋 Qualifications:

🟡 Female applicant preferred for workplace balance and diversity
🟡 Prefer with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
🟡 3 to 5 years of proven purchasing/procurement experience in the construction industry
🟡 Strong negotiation and communication skills
🟡 Familiar with construction material specifications
🟡 Proficient in Microsoft Office
🟡 Can handle both local and overseas procurement processes
🟡 Organized, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
