PBC provides construction documents such as Working drawings, Plans & Specifications, Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Estimates, Schedule of Works, Progress Billings, Gantt Chart and Pert CPM. The company also 1) Provides Legal documents such as construction contracts and agreements and, 2) Provides and process of Building and Occupancy permits, and other necessary requirements for construction.
