o 5-8 years of experience; minimum 2-3 years in construction/site environment
o Knowledge of DOLE labor laws, site safety rules, and compliance
o Skilled in recruitment, payroll, procurement, inventory, and site logistics
o Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
o Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills
o Willing to be assigned on-site VISMIN projects
o Complete valid government clearances
