Our Company is looking for a competent and dynamic Civil Engineer who can perform the following job responsibilities:

* Assist in the preparation of a new site
* Coordinate with other employees to maintain company equipment
* Collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines that adhere to safety protocols and regulations
* Conducting on-site inspections
* Overseeing the installation, configuration, and testing of technical systems and equipment
* Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise during project implementation while considering specific challenges and available resources
* Conducting regular maintenance and performance checks to ensure the proper functioning of systems
* Documenting project progress, technical specifications, and any modifications or upgrades made, ensuring compliance with local documentation requirements
* Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project ex*****on and adherence to relevant regulations
* Create reports about the assigned site
* Monitor activities at the assigned site

Golden Ratio Development Corporation is in need of an Office Engineer, who shall:

* Responsible for managing the flow of documents, budget reports including materials, overhead/labor cost and trade partners

* Helps to prepare project reports for the office

* Assists in coordinating office participation in engineering and construction projects

* Handles procurement of construction materials

* Monitors materials, budget expenses

* Coordinates with suppliers regarding deliveries

* Creates master schedule and monitor progress and delays

* Inspects/site visit as necessary

* Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php700.00 - Php900.00 per day

Benefits:
Free parking
On-site parking
Promotion to permanent employee

Schedule: 8 hour shift (Monday to Saturday)

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Performance bonus

Experience:
Engineering: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
PRC (Preferred)

Location: Timog Avenue, Quezon City

Willingness to travel: 75%

Expected Start Date: November 18, 2024

Golden Ratio Development Corporation Relief Effort for Bicol Region

We are sending 5 ten-wheeler trucks to help deliver relief goods to areas affected by the severe weather in Naga, Albay, Camarines Sur, and Legazpi. One truck will be on standby for deployment to Masbate, depending on road conditions.

We are calling on the general public and other organizations to join us in sending relief packages to these areas. Every little bit helps in supporting the communities in need during these challenging times.
