🚧 HIRING: Skilled Hydraulic Excavator Operator 🚧
We are looking for a reliable, highly skilled Hydraulic Excavator Operator to join our fast-growing construction/civil engineering team. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform precision excavation, grading, trenching, and earth-moving tasks on our project sites.
Location: Around Metro Manila
Schedule: Day shift / Night shift, 8-hour shift, Monday - Saturday]
Job Type: Project-based / Full-time]
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maneuver hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently in tight spaces and on varied terrain.
- Excavate earth, dig trenches and grade slopes according to blueprints and site plans.
- Load and unload heavy materials, rocks, and debris into dump trucks.
- Perform strict daily pre-operational checks (e.g., checking hydraulic fluid levels, tracks, and engine oil).
- Execute routine maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, minor adjustments) on the machine.
- Coordinate efficiently with ground workers, spotters, and project supervisors to maintain a safe workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of [e.g., 2-5] years of proven experience operating hydraulic backhoe excavators.
- Valid TESDA Heavy Equipment Operation (HEO) NC II Certificate for Hydraulic Excavator operation.
- Physical fitness, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to pass mandatory pre-employment drug testing and medical evaluations.
