CONGRATULATIONS! to Engr. Neil Brian Casem! for passing the BERDE (Building Ecologically Responsible Design Excellence) Professionals Qualifying Examination and as such are awarded with the title Certified BERDE Professional or CBP — Buildings.

He had successfully completed the BERDE Professionals Qualifying Examination on 20 October 2023, and their certification is valid until 20 October 2026.

As a Certified BERDE Professional, he would:
-Actively participate in activities of the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC) and in the promotion of green building in the industry;
-guide project owners in the design, construction and operations of their green building project;
-and support project teams in effectively completing the BERDE Certification process.

The BERDE Green Building Rating System is the National Voluntary Green Building Rating System in the Philippines, developed by the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC)
