MAGKANO ANG KITA NG ISANG CONTRACTOR SA CONSTRUCTION?

Ang kita ng isang contractor sa construction ay nag-iiba depende sa mga sumusunod na salik:

1. Uri ng Proyekto
* Maliit na proyekto: Halimbawa, mga bahay o renovation.
* Kita: โ‚ฑ50,000 - โ‚ฑ200,000 o higit pa kada proyekto.
* Malaking proyekto: Mga gusali, commercial spaces, o government projects.
* Kita: โ‚ฑ500,000 - โ‚ฑ10,000,000 o higit pa, depende sa laki ng proyekto.

2. Markup sa Labor at Materials
* Ang karaniwang markup ng contractor ay nasa 10% - 25% ng kabuuang gastos sa labor at materyales.
* Halimbawa: Kung ang proyekto ay nagkakahalaga ng โ‚ฑ1,000,000, maaaring kumita ang contractor ng โ‚ฑ100,000 - โ‚ฑ250,000 mula rito.

3. Karanasan at Reputasyon
* Ang mas kilala o may karanasang contractor ay maaaring maningil ng mas mataas na bayad dahil sa kalidad ng kanilang trabaho.

4. Lokasyon
* Sa mga urban area tulad ng Metro Manila, mas mataas ang singil at kita kumpara sa mga probinsya.

ANO ANG MGA BINABAYARAN SA ISANG CONTRACTOR?
