This project is an example of adaptive reuse transforming an unfinished residential structure into a resort and events place.

We’re happy to share that the client was impressed with the outcome of the design proposal.

The concept focuses on creating a relaxing, modern tropical space featuring an open layout, a sunken lounge, pool-centered experience, and clean minimalist façade with natural textures.

We also made sure to incorporate all of the client’s inspirations and ideas into the final design, ensuring the space truly reflects their vision.
