We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the consistency, safety, and quality of our edible oil products—from sourcing to production and delivery.
If you’re detail-oriented and understand food quality standards, this role is critical to maintaining product excellence.

🔬 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct quality checks on incoming raw materials (crude/refined oil)
• Perform lab testing (FFA, moisture, color, impurities, etc.)
• Monitor refining, blending, and packaging processes
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, FDA)
• Investigate product deviations and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain QA documentation, batch records, and reports
• Work closely with production, logistics, and R&D teams

🧪 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in edible oil, food manufacturing, or FMCG QA is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of basic lab testing methods for oils and fats
• Familiar with food safety systems (HACCP, GMP)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
