The recent rise in seismic activities throughout the archipelago has heightened the alarm concerning the safety of structures in the Philippines. Installation of earthquake recording instruments that trigger alarms based on real time data as well as assist in a building’s post-earthquake health and safety evaluation has now become a necessity. IMV Corporation, with over 60 years of experience in vibration technology, has designed highly reliable seismic accelerographs that have been employed as building management solutions for earthquakes.
