We assembled these steam rice cookers using SS 201 J1 with a finish, manufactured in the USA. They are tack-welded with premium-quality welding rod (308, Gemini). According to customer demand, this product will be utilized in rice milling for steaming and parboiling rice. A water tank designed for steaming and parboiling in rice mill units. Each tank holds approximately 12,000 liters of water, sufficient to supply six vessel units. We’ve utilized a specialized fabrication technique to ensure leak prevention at high temperatures. For these tanks, we recommend utilizing SS 304/316 grade, which is more durable than SS 201 J1 for water treatment applications. These tanks provide clean, filtered water to the parboiling units.

These are SS 201 J1 vessels specifically designed for paddy steaming and rice parboiling units used in rice mills. We crafted these vessels from non-magnetic steel with a 150-sack capacity, fully tack-welded with premium-quality welding rod (308-316 Gemini) and guaranteed to be leak-free throughout their usage.
