We executed the "Tile Production Line Automation Improvement Project" to Increase dryer and press productivity and to enhance the efficiency and output of the drying and pressing stages through advanced automation.
PLC : OMRON , HMI : Uniop, VFD : Yaskawa

In the drying phase, we implemented automation systems that precisely controlled temperature, humidity, and airflow, significantly reducing energy consumption while improving drying efficiency.

For the pressing stage, we utilized automation to manage pressing force, speed, and pattern consistency. This increased both the quality of the tiles produced and the overall productivity of the pressing process.
