We are pleased to share highlights from this impactful initiative conducted by IPECS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. across the target districts of Sindh.
🌸 Awareness Sessions/Workshops on Menstrual Hygiene Management and Delivery of Menstrual Health Kits to Approximately 10,000 Students and Community Members in Target Districts of Sindh (District Larkana, District Dadu, District Kambar-Shahdadkot) 🌸
Through a series of interactive awareness sessions and workshops, students and community members were educated on the importance of menstrual hygiene, helping to break long-standing taboos and promote open dialogue.
In addition, Menstrual Health Kits were distributed to approximately 10,000 beneficiaries, ensuring access to essential hygiene resources and supporting safe and healthy practices.
This initiative reflects a strong commitment to improving health awareness, empowering communities, and fostering dignity and confidence among young girls and women.

IPECS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. attended an exposure visit hosted by Sindh Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122), bringing together diverse organizations to strengthen collaboration and support services for survivors of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). Rescue 1122 reaffirmed its commitment to expanding services and improving coordination to address community needs more effectively. DG Rescue Brig. Wajid Sibghatullah Mahar, Director Admin/Training/HR Syed Sardar Ali Shah, and the Gender Specialist (Sindh Flood Emergency Flood Rehabilitation Project) emphasized the need to further strengthen the initiative through a centralized command system, and encouraged all participating representatives to jointly advance the mission of reducing inequalities and ensuring gender responsiveness within Rescue 1122.

IPECS has successfully completed the expansion and construction works at the Shrine of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar under the Minority Affairs Department, Government of Sindh, in Thana Bula Khan, District Jamshoro. On 7 February 2026, Hon. Dr. Sham Sundar Advani, Member of the Sindh Assembly and Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Sindh for Minority Affairs, inaugurated the project and appreciated the team’s performance, expressing his gratitude and encouragement to the IPECS team.
The ceremony was attended by respected Officials from the Minority Affairs Department, Executive Engineer Sanjay Raja and Assistant Engineer Ghulam Akbar Lak, were also present, along with Engr. Rashid Ahmed Memon.

IPECS successfully conducted a three-days training for over 100 Rescue 1122 officials under the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project, funded by the World Bank in collaboration with Rescue 1122. The workshop covered GBV concepts, survivor-centered emergency response, workplace conduct, and the institutional Code of Conduct, including practical case studies. Referrals were managed through the GBV Desk at Central Command and Control, and Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) activities were also included.

The DG sb appreciated the high quality of the training and well-organized arrangements , recognizing its contribution to capacity building.
