Web Developer Life Day 40 ☔️ | Office Work Interrupted by Heavy Rain & Real Life Struggles

Day 40 of my web developer life turned completely unexpected. The day started normally with a plan to build the inbox chat page frontend after completing all major dashboard pages in the previous tasks. Using the Figma design, the layout structure was created and styling work had just begun when sudden heavy rain changed everything.

What initially seemed like normal weather quickly turned into extreme rainfall. Within minutes, roads started flooding and the situation became serious. Office work was paused, and employees were allowed to leave early. However, the real challenge was not development anymore — it was safely reaching home through water-filled roads and unpredictable conditions.

This day reflects the real side of office life where not everything goes according to plan. From coding frontend UI to dealing with unexpected weather challenges, it shows how developers balance work and real-life situations. A reminder that sometimes the toughest part of the day is not the task itself, but everything happening around it.

Web Developer Life Day 39 🤩 | Building Vendor Dashboard, Product Management & Order System

Day 39 of my web developer life was focused on building a complete vendor dashboard system from scratch. The day started with developing the main dashboard screen using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript while following the Figma design. Data visualization was implemented using Chart.js to display analytics and graphs, making the dashboard more interactive and user-friendly.

After completing the dashboard UI, the development moved to core features like edit profile, product management, and multiple product-related pages. This included creating pages for listing products, adding new products, editing existing ones, and viewing product details. Handling product variations was one of the most complex parts, requiring careful layout structure and logic to maintain a clean and scalable design.

The workflow continued with building the order management system where customer orders from the mobile application were displayed in the vendor dashboard. Status handling such as pending, accepted, and delivered was implemented to simulate real-world functionality. Additional pages like payment tracking and bank details management were also completed. This day highlights the real process of developing a full-featured dashboard UI for e-commerce platforms with practical frontend logic and structured design.

Web Developer Life Day 38 🤷‍♂️ | Building Admin & Vendor Dashboard Frontend with HTML CSS Bootstrap

Day 38 of my web developer life turned into a full-scale frontend challenge. The initial plan was to complete a few remaining sections of a React project, but a new task changed everything. An e-commerce mobile application required a complete web app frontend built using HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap, with backend integration planned in Laravel. After opening the Figma design, it became clear that the project included multiple complex dashboards including vendor and admin panels.

The development started by quickly setting up the project structure and using AI tools to generate a base layout. From there, the admin dashboard authentication flow was built, including login, forgot password, OTP verification, and reset password pages. Clean and scalable code structure was maintained by separating reusable components in PHP for easier backend integration. This ensured both frontend and backend developers could work efficiently.

Next, the vendor dashboard authentication and main interface were developed, including signup, social login options, and a fully styled dashboard with header, sidebar, navigation, and UI elements like notifications and profile dropdowns. Additional features like country code input with flags and theme switch functionality were also implemented. The day ended with major progress, code pushed to GitHub, and a clear roadmap for completing the remaining pages.

Web Developer Life Day 37 🤏 | First React.js Project, AI vs Real Coding & Frontend Development

Day 37 of my web developer life marked a major shift from WordPress development to a modern frontend stack using React.js and TypeScript. Starting a new project in React felt challenging due to limited prior experience, especially with a complex and modern Figma landing page design. The goal was to build the frontend structure efficiently while maintaining design accuracy and performance.

Initially, AI tools were used to speed up the development process, but the generated design did not match the Figma layout. This led to a change in approach using AI only for the base structure while manually building reusable React components. Sections like the hero banner, categories, promo products, and main product listings were carefully developed and styled to achieve a pixel-perfect match with the original design.

Despite minor interruptions like internet downtime, the development continued with full focus. Add-to-cart functionality was implemented, and all custom sections were completed using React best practices. This day highlights the real journey of a frontend developer transitioning into React.js development, facing challenges, learning on the go, and building scalable modern web applications.

Web Developer Life Day 36 😶‍🌫️ | Office Gate Lock, Responsive Fix & WordPress Client Changes

Day 36 of my web developer life started with an unexpected twist. I reached the office early, only to find the gate locked. After waiting outside for some time, the gate finally opened and work began. I started by powering up the PC and taking a short break to recover from the heat, because the outside weather had already drained energy before the workday even began.

The main task for the day was website responsiveness. The client’s website was already built, but they were providing content mostly through mobile screenshots since they didn’t have a laptop for proper preview. To solve this, I focused on making the website fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile using Elementor. Breakpoints, spacing, and layout adjustments were applied so the site looked clean and functional on every device.

Later, during iftar time, a new set of changes arrived from the client. Updated content and a redesigned layout were required, including AI-generated images and contact section updates. After implementing the modifications and ensuring everything matched the requested design, the task was completed. This day reflects real office life for developers unexpected challenges, client revisions, and problem-solving under different conditions.

Web Developer Life Day 35 🌧️ | WordPress Website Development from Scratch with Elementor & Astra

Day 35 of my web developer life started with unexpected weather delays but quickly shifted into full development mode. After reaching the office, a brand new WordPress website project was assigned. The process began with reviewing the Figma design, downloading required assets, creating a staging URL on Hostinger, and setting up WordPress from scratch using the Astra theme and Elementor page builder.

The website structure was carefully built by configuring layout settings, typography, breakpoints, and spacing to ensure a strong foundation. Header and footer were developed first, followed by hero, about, and services sections. Collaboration with a teammate helped speed up the process as different sections were built simultaneously while maintaining design consistency and responsiveness across devices.

Once the layout was completed, the client provided final images and content which were properly uploaded and aligned. The website was tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop screens to ensure smooth performance and accurate design matching. Overnight, a mouse literally damaged desk equipment including cut wires and missing mouse pads, forcing a quick hardware replacement before work could even begin. After setting everything up again, the focus shifted back to development tasks inside a professional office environment.

A new task required making a WordPress website fully responsive using Elementor. Although it initially seemed simple, the mobile version of the website was heavily broken with layout issues, overlapping sections, stretched images, and improper spacing. The process involved fixing the header and footer first, then adjusting font sizes, spacing, breakpoints, and section alignment to ensure smooth responsiveness across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.

After resolving all layout issues and testing across devices, the website was successfully optimized for responsiveness. Even a brief power cut incident added to the day’s unpredictability. Web Developer Life Day 33 🫡 | 1 Day Deadline WordPress Development & CSS Styling Challenge

Day 33 of my web developer life was all about handling a full WordPress website development within a one-day deadline. The challenge was not just the timeline, but the custom layout design that required detailed structure and precise styling. The website was built from scratch using WordPress, Astra theme, and Elementor, starting with complete theme setup including typography, color palette, layout width, and responsive breakpoints.

After setting up the foundation, the homepage structure was developed including header, footer, hero section, about section, and service blocks. By mid-day, the layout structure was ready, but the real challenge began with advanced CSS styling to match the Figma design exactly. Hover transitions, spacing adjustments, testimonial alignment, and responsive design tweaks were carefully implemented to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy before the deadline.

Just one hour before submission, the landing page was completed, followed by quick inner page setup and banner adjustments. Last-minute client accreditation logos were resized and aligned manually to maintain proper ratio and visual consistency. This day reflects the real workflow of a professional WordPress developer managing tight deadlines, custom layouts, frontend styling, and last-minute revisions in an office environment.

Web Developer Life Day 32 😱 | WordPress Development, Plugin Conflict & Debugging Real Office Workflow

Day 32 of my web developer life was focused on starting a brand new WordPress website from scratch. After reviewing the Figma design, I downloaded assets, set up the development link on hosting, installed WordPress, configured themes and essential plugins, and began building the homepage. From header and footer setup to hero, about, testimonial, and gallery sections, the goal was to match the exact design layout while maintaining clean structure.

During development, a major issue appeared in the gallery section. A scroll animation plugin worked perfectly inside the editor but failed on the live website due to JavaScript conflicts between plugins. With limited time and a deadline to meet, debugging revealed a script clash. Instead of overcomplicating the solution, I replaced the plugin with a lightweight Elementor slider widget to ensure stability and performance.

After completing remaining sections and setting up inner pages, images and content were uploaded, and the task was finalized. Just as the project closed, another new WordPress development was assigned, showing how real office life in web development constantly shifts between building, debugging, optimizing, and planning the next project.

Web Developer Life Day 31 😭| Cleaning Messy Code, Sticky Header Fix & New WordPress Project

Day 31 of my web developer life was all about cleaning and structuring code properly. The day started with fixing a template-based website built in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Although the design looked simple, the backend structure was messy and completely static. Headers and footers were repeated on every page, so the first step was separating them into partials and improving the overall code structure for better maintainability.

While working on optimization and cleanup, a recently completed custom frontend project came back with client revisions. The updates included making the header sticky, creating Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages, and migrating content from the old website to the new one. After implementing the changes carefully, the updated code was pushed to GitHub and the task was successfully closed.

Before the day ended, a new WordPress website development project was assigned. The Figma design was reviewed, the development plan was mapped out, and preparation began for starting the build the next day. This is the real daily workflow of a web developer, balancing code cleanup, client revisions, and new project planning in a professional office environment.

Web Developer Life Day 30 | Shopify Task, Missed Recording & Freelancers Web App Idea

Day 30 of my web developer life was a mix of calm focus and unexpected twists. With most office tasks already completed, the day started on a relaxed note. A simple Shopify task came in to create a new page and record a short tutorial on how to add products. Everything seemed smooth until I realized the first video recording did not record at all, a moment every office worker can relate to.

After re-recording the tutorial and closing the Shopify task, the day took a creative turn. Sitting free at the desk triggered a new idea for freelancers. The concept was to build a web app where new freelancers can paste client questions and instantly get clear, local-language replies with proper explanations and memory-based responses. The idea was quickly turned into a working prototype using AI logic and basic implementation.

By the end of the day, the system was tested, working perfectly, and ready to be improved to a professional level. Days like this show that web development is not just about coding tasks but also about problem-solving, creativity, and turning random thoughts into real products. Another real office day closed with learning, ideas, and progress.
