حکومت کا IMF کے پاس جانا اور loan لینا عوام کے اختیار سے باہر ہے ۔ لیکن موجودہ حالات جہاں پر تیل 210 روپے فی لیٹر، اور دیگر اشیاء خوردنوش کی قیمتیں آسمان سے باتیں کر رہی ہیں، اب کیا کرنا چاہیے؟
میرا کام سارا اینٹرنیٹ پر ہوتا ہے، اور میں کوئی economic expert بھی نہیں ہوں- لیکن کچھ tips ہیں جو beneficial ہو سکتے ہیں:
1. Start saving - Either you are salaried or a business person, eliminate all unnecessary expenses and save at least 20% or more of your income in cash to cover for unexpected rise in expenses. Gold is the BEST hedge in today's time as cash will degrade with each passing day.
2. Avoid unnecessary expenses
باہر سے کھانا، مہنگے کپڑے پہننا، امپورٹد یا لگژری اشیاء کا استعمال کرنا
سفر اور سیاحت سے بھی سے بھی اجتناب کریں
3 - Use social media in the right way
Instead of scrolling for endless hours on tiktok, instagram, facebook and youtube, learn to be a content creator for these platforms and start earning income. There is a difference between content consumption and content creation. Once you start becoming the creator, you will bring a positive change in the society.
4. Earn skills and utilize your time wisely
this point connects with the previous one. Instead of wasting time, learn a skill, and start connecting with international companies and clients to generate foreign income for yourself and increase remittances for the country.
5. If you can, walk. Stop using cars if it is not important.
6. Start giving zakat and charity. Watch your income grow jab aap sadqa khairat kartey hain.
7. Do not panic. If you have funds, try to go abroad. But NOT everyone can leave Pakistan. After all, yeh mulk bhi to apna hee hai yaar. Idhr hee to rehna hai.
8. Invest in power backup - Today, internet is the bread and butter for us. Invest in a power backup solution such as solar, UPS, etc. so that you can be safe from loadshedding.
9. Investors, setup local industries - Try to setup local industries and start exporting to stabilize our economy.
Petrol is going to increase to 270 PKR per liter. And cooking oil and basic essentials will also rise, making it difficult for a common man to survive.
The only solution other than cutting down on unnecessary expenses, as I see it, is to learn a skill, and start generating more income to offset the inflationary impact. In the long term, it is to start exporting..
