Position Overview
This new position is part of an exciting initiative to increase our sales, which requires focus on advertising campaign management, social content and strategy and monetization opportunities. He must demonstrate the ability to have superior communications, organizational, and planning skills. He must be able to introduce the brand to leading companies and potential buyers. The person must have a mastery of managing multiple tasks and take necessary actions as required.
Position Responsibilities
1. Work with department heads to build strategy
2. Manage day to day operations and create strategies to increase sales
3. Must have remarkable understanding of company’s products to be able to answer customer queries
4. Identify new avenues and prospects for the sale of company products and arrange for presentations
5. Identify product improvements and suggest new products according to industry trends
6. Achieve the set monthly targets and follow up systems
7. Build and sustain clients through calls, correspondence
Required Education and Experience
Degree Level Bachelor's degree; Master's often preferred
Degree Field Marketing or business administration
Experience Experience required
Computer knowledge Proficient in MS Office

1. Having Strong writing and speaking skills to communicate effectively
2. Marketing Professional must think creatively to find solutions and craft successful marketing plans
3. A professional should have exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with people within and outside the organization
4. Having superb organizational skills to effectively manage time and priorities.
5. Must have research skills to identify customer trends and develop marketing research strategy accordingly.
6. Having sales skills to understand the relationships between company and consumers and better reach their target audiences.
7. Must be result oriented to be able to make timely or planned decisions appropriate to the circumstances or situation
