Big news for insurers: Guidewire’s new Qusar release brings an Agentic Framework to the cloud. 🚀
In simple terms, Qusar helps insurers build and run AI “agents” that securely access policy, claims, and billing data in real time. That can speed multi‑step tasks that once took days down to minutes.
Key features include claim summarization for ProNavigator (so adjusters get concise summaries) and Agentic FNOL, a conversational voice tool to guide claimants through reporting. There are also Developer and Builder Assistants that know the Guidewire code base and can accelerate delivery—Guidewire says they can speed feature shipping by more than 40% versus generic coding assistants.
The release pairs governance and observability with insurance workflows, aiming to make agentic AI usable in production. 🗂️
