Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and teams in planning, executing, and delivering projects. This is a 3rd party contract position, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
_Responsibilities:_
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, timelines, and resources
- Support project teams in task management, milestone tracking, and progress reporting
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
- Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
- Coordinate project meetings, events, and training sessions as needed
_Requirements:_
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, management, communications)
_Contract Terms:_
- This is a 3rd party contract position with initial term of 1 year.
