🚧 Project Update: Karachi BRT Line – Design of Overhead Gantry Sign (28m Wide) 🚧
We want to share our latest project, which I carried out for the Karachi Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Line. The design of a 28-meter-wide Steel Overhead gantry sign.
✅ Design Codes & Standards:
1. AASHTO Standard Specifications for Structural Supports for Highway Signs, Luminaries, and Traffic Signals
2. AISC 360-22
3. ASCE 7-22 (Wind Parameters)
4. BCP 2007 (Wind Parameters)
✅ Software & Methodology:
Structural analysis and design were performed in SAP2000 considering Wind Loading (Service, Extreme, and Fatigue conditions).
Overhead Gantry Connections were designed using IDEA StatiCa and RAM Connections.
Baseplate, Anchor Embedment, and Steel Anchorage were thoroughly checked for strength, serviceability, and constructability.
This project reflects our continued commitment to engineering excellence, innovation, and safety in delivering world-class infrastructure for Pakistan's growing urban mobility network.

🏗️ APL Chowk DHA Monument – Structural Design by AA Engineering Design & Solution

We’re proud to showcase our involvement in the structural design of the iconic APL Chowk Monument located in DHA.

Our engineering team utilized Steel Tube Sections for the main structural framework, ensuring both strength and aesthetic appeal. The structure was thoroughly analyzed and designed in accordance with international standards, ASCE 7-16 for wind load analysis and AISC 360 for steel section design.
