In addition, we also provide studies to approach the design of new transmission lines and optimize solutions from the technical, economical and environmental point of view. Our experience and construction procedures combined with our well equipped crews enable us to meet our customer’s specific needs and requirements. The foundation of NETRACON TECHNOLOGIES traces back in the form of different construction crews in early nineties but was established in Malaysia as an independent Transmission Lines & Civil Works Construction Company in 1997. Prior to the project in Malaysia the crews of NETRACON worked for the major firms like M/S ICC and M/S CSC-China, but the Company got its first major break through when it commenced its formal operation in Malaysia on 500kV line for M/S ZELLECO-ABB SAE SADELMI J/V in 1997’ by taking a challenging job of foundations and erection of Double Circuit Steel Towers for 500 KV Transmission Line-2 in the marshy & vegetation areas of Parak-Malaysia. The client M/S ABB-ZELLECO lauded the efficiency of our crews and recommended NETRACON for various future projects. On successful completion of our job in Malaysia, M/S ABB-Milan Italy & M/SNEIE sub contracted NETRACON the stringing jobs of 230 KV & 500 KV double circuit Quad Bundled Transmission Lines in Luzon-Philippines., which was successfully completed in the most efficient manner. In Pakistan, the company has worked for GSO/NTDC/ WAPDA for rehabilitation Works of T/Lines besides working for M/S ICC, M/S PCC, M/S CSC and M/S NEIE on their various Projects. For emergent nature works and to attend break downs due to storm, bomb blast or otherwise, NETRACON crews mobilised immediately at site despite most difficult and remote area locations like Bugti and Domeki areas in Blouchistan, Dadu, Lakhra, Larkana, Guddu, Shikarpur in Sindh and Dara Adam Khel in NWFP. We have always worked day and night to restore the power transmission system. NETRACON has outstanding performance on TELECOM SECTOR by completing more than 360 TELENOR Sites for NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORKS ( NSN) and more than 30 Sites for ALCATAL. Most of these sites were lying in areas of Gilgit, Skerdsu, Kaghan, Chitral, Dir, Bajaur, Memohnd, Parachanar, Bannu, DI Khan, Tank, Kohat, Peshawar, Khyber Agency, Swat, Mardan, Azad Kashmir, Islamabad , Jehlum , Faisalabad, Lahore Gujranwala, heikhupura etc. have also completed some telecommunication BTS sites belonging to Mobilink network on turnkey basis. NETRACON TECHNOLOGIES has also completed a challenging job of rehabilitation of 110kV T/Line & 20 kV T/Lines to rehabilitate power supply system for Kabul, Afghanistan as general sub contractors for M/S ABB-Germany &,AREVA-Germany & KEC International besides constructing most critical section of 220 kV Hairetan-Mazzar e Shareef- Pull- Kabul including Salang Top & Jabal Siraj areas. In addition, we have also executed some substation works for M/S Siemens-Germany and completed 220 V Sub Stations of Mazar e Shareef & Pull Khumeree for ABB/WHG. NETRACON has also moved to Ethiopia to erect and string 400kV & 220kV T/Lines for KEC International. NETRACON’s strength lies in its potential in the field of survey, design, supply and turnkey construction of transmission Lines up to voltages of 500KV and its ability to execute substations, power distribution networks, Optical Fibre installations, telecom infrastructure services and the maintenance of transmission systems. The client M/S ABB-ZELLECO lauded the efficiency of our crews. On recommendation of M/S ZELLECO, our crews were deployed for erection of towers with helicopter by M/S Malakoff in preference to the already deployed crews. M/S Malakoff and M/S Statnet (Norway) appreciated the performance of the company.
