One of the most common features of any warehouse is the use of a pallet racking system. These are our most heavy-duty storage racks. Uprights and Beams
The roll formed upright provides a greater strength-to-weight ratio. Minimum sized slots mean more steel per upright. Upright structures are 100% MIG welded with a k-brace and heavy-duty cross channel reinforcement for increased strength and rigidity while helping to resist abuse. Base pallet rack with front-to-back supports are industrial pallet racks that features roll formed beams. The rack beams are easy to install, take down, and relocate. The uprights have tapered keyhole slots on 2-inch-centers, so you quickly and easily adjust the beams.
Front-to-Back Supports
Our pallet racking with front-to-back supports comes with beams which have an integrated 1-5/8 inch step for the supports to sit in. The front-to-back supports on these heavy-duty pallet racks reduce the odds of misplaced pallets falling through. 42-inch-deep front-to-back supports have a capacity of 1,540 lbs while 48-inch-deep front-to-back supports have a capacity of 1,320 lbs. The supports help to tie beams together on longer sections. They also help to reduce beam rotation under heavier loads.
