with Dr. Haris Aziz (Professor, UNSW Sydney)

Dr. Haris Aziz will talk about how we make fair decisions.
In this talk, he discusses the mathematical and algorithmic foundations of fair decision making in various settings — including allocation problems, matching, healthcare rationing, machine learning, transport, voting, and even sports! 🧠⚖️

👤 About the Speaker:
Dr. Haris Aziz is a Professor at UNSW Sydney and a leader in algorithmic decision theory. He has held academic positions at Oxford, Harvard, and Paris Dauphine, and is recognized globally for his work in AI, game theory, and computational social choice. His research has been featured in Scientific American, BBC, The Guardian, and Quanta Magazine.
