Reginald George Foulds is a Pakistani-Canadian former soldier and helicopter pilot.
He was shortlisted from more than 200,000 people who applied for a one-way trip to Mars via the Mars One mission which plans to send the first human to Mars in 2024.[3] Mars One, a Dutch not-for-profit company, plans to send a one-way mission to Mars, which lies 55 million kilometres from Earth or around six months travel time.

While Pakistani Politicians are busy

another achievement by a Pakistani Guy in
Uniform!
Officer Cadet Shaheeer Ullah Khan, from a
village in Pabbi, KPK, won 3 awards at
Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, UK.
Officer Cadet Shaheeer Ullah Khan was
presented with three awards by General Sir
Peter Wall, Chief of the General Staff, at the
Royal Military Academy Sandhurst’s annual
‘The Sovereign’s Parade’ on Friday.
Shaheer hails from a village in Pabbi,
Nowshehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He was
given ‘The Overseas Award’ for achieving
the highest position amongst the Overseas
Cadets on the Queen’s Medal Table.
The Queen’s Medal Table is based on an
accumulation of all the objective testing
conducted throughout the Commissioning
Course covering military, academic and
practical studies, with a ratio of 30:70 in
favour of the military score.
He was given ‘HRH Prince Saud Abdullah
Faisal of Saudi Arabia Prize’ for obtaining
the ‘best aggregate mark in Academic
Subjects’ and he also received ‘The Bahrain
Communications and Applied Behavioral
Science Prize’ for producing the best
performance in Communication & Applied
Behavioral Science. Shaheer will return to
Pakistan to Kakul Academy within a week
where he will resume his training.
