SAKHI Development Organization participate program of Legal Aid Society (LAS).
LAS has conducted a Second Online Capacity Building Session on “Social and Health Consequences of Child Marriage and Legal Protections and Responses” in Shaheed Benazirabad under it’s program on Child Early Forced Marriage being implemented in partnership with UNFPA Pakistan and Aahung.

The objective was to improve capacity and understanding of key stakeholders and community workers regarding child rights, the health and social consequences of child marriages on the child, as well as the community, and the legal remedies and protection mechanisms available to help provide justice to victims of child marriages.

Cotton leaf curl virus disease is one of the major threats for cotton production and has emerged as a serious disease of cotton in Pakistan. Cotton leaf curl disease (CLCuD) is caused by a geminivirus, transmitted by whitefly (Bemisia tabaci) vector. Genetic engineering of cotton transgenics resistant to CLCuVS through antisense RNA approach.

"SAKHI Development Organization" complete his project on Cotton Leaf Curl Virus (CLCuVS). Mr. Nasrullah Mallah President give presentation to delegation.

SAKHI Development Organization Organize One Day Workshop on "Healthy Cotton Crop" @ Ahmed Abbas Rind Shadi Hall Sakrand with collaboration of "Better Cotton Initiative - BCI" . Deeply discus on Cotton Leaf Curl Virus (CLCuVS) and Pink Boll worm insects effect on Cotton Crop.
Consideration was given to further improve the cotton crop and achieve higher yields.
