"We have AI."

That's not a selling point.
Nobody wakes up wanting AI.

They want:
Faster sales
Fewer support tickets
More booked appointments
Less manual work
Better decisions
AI is just the tool.

The business outcome is what matters.
When building an MVP, I always ask:

What business problem disappears if this works?
If the answer isn't clear, neither is the product.
