A 25 years old HVAC system.
the client want to know the root cause of Water cooled Chillers' poor cooling problem.
Upon series of TAB Tests the reason found.
Due to aging and deposit salts chemical reaction, a corrosion, scaling, microbial growth or a sulfate or white matter reduced the inside walls of cooling water pipes and condenser shell as well.

A Complaint from the end user for poor cooling,
the O&M Staff claimed the system was working perfectly till last week, the strainers were clean, the ultrasonic flow meter indicates no flow status, flushed the water lines freely Finally the mineral water bottle fond in the line.
>>>> THE System started without flushing and water balancing.
