Learning Marathon 2026 brought together colleagues from across teams and locations for a dynamic week of digital learning, classroom sessions, and speed learning conversations. Different formats, one shared purpose: to learn, grow, and move forward together.

Our latest From Campus to Corporate session took us to Institute of Business Management, where our panelists shared what the transition from being a student to becoming a professional really demands. They talked about their career paths and what corporate life actually looks like beyond the textbook.

From the importance of continuous learning to building skills that go a long way, the conversation was candid and full of lessons the students could take back with them.

A glimpse into KE’s recent women-centric event, Mic On.

Organized as part of the Roshan Raahein program, Mic On is a focused intervention aimed at supporting women across all levels through formal training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.

Designed specifically for early-career managers navigating the complexities of growth and leadership, Mic On created a safe and inspiring space to learn, reflect, and gain perspectives from three incredible speakers and practitioners: Ali Khurram Pasha, Mona Hussain, and Naureen Ansari. From Finding Joy in the Unknown to The Courage to Be Seen, and finally Owning the Room, the session unfolded as a powerful journey of self-belief and growth, with conversations rooted in lived experiences and practical insights that deeply resonated with everyone present.
