We are delighted to welcome our newest cohort of interns to K-Electric’s Aspiring Talent Programme (ATP), our flagship summer internship programme. Through its three streams: Project Immersion, Empowering Women (for STEM students), and Skill Development, these interns are set to begin an exciting journey of learning and growth.

As they begin this exciting chapter, they will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and gain hands-on experience that bridges learning with real-world practice.

A glimpse into KE’s recent women-focused event, Mic On: The Journey Continues, held under the Roshan Raahein program.

Designed to support early-career women managers through learning, mentoring, and coaching, the session featured Kanwer A. Saeed speaking on Authenticity vs. Adaptability and Shireen Naqvi reflecting on The Power of Paths Not Taken.
Through lived experiences and actionable insights, the session inspired confidence, reflection, and the courage to shape one’s own path.
