🇵🇰 Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Visits Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah
Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir NI (M) HJ, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF), visited Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah — Pakistan’s largest defence industrial complex.
The visit focused on reviewing POF’s production capabilities, export potential and its vital contribution towards strengthening Pakistan’s defence industrial base. The COAS & CDF witnessed tests and trials of locally designed and manufactured arms and am******on, reflecting POF’s continued commitment to innovation, indigenisation and self-reliance.
He was also briefed on the progress of POF’s corporatization process and ongoing modernization initiatives, including the installation of two new industrial plants expected to commence production by the end of the current year.
The visit reaffirmed the commitment towards advancing indigenous defence production, technological innovation and a self-reliant Pakistan. 🇵🇰
