“Clean Energy” Foundation has been set up with a view to ensuring sustainability of investments related to coventional, non-conventional and renewable energy sources in an environmental and legal context, with simultaneous involvement of small town and rural communities. Our mission consists primarily in monitoring development of extraction projects and implementing legal standards for prospecting
and extraction in compliance with Polish and EU law and developing them for the benefit of society. To that end, CE Foundation brings together experts in the field of law, health and environmental protection, geology and mining whose active involvement in the Foundation’s activities guarantees the highest level of its expertise and efficiency. By utilizing a custom developed IT system to monitor all legal proceedings and by getting involved as a party in selected administrative and legislative proceedings our social organization secures permanent access to the knowledge that allows us to exercise supervision of and make a tangible impact on the development of individual investment projects based on individual permits. We remain an independent institution that strives to reconcile the interests of local residents, investors and state and local authorities.
