Oasis Hospital Development – Al Ain, UAE | Where Design Meets Care
An iconic architectural design by Peddle Thorpe, Australia.
A landmark healthcare facility delivered as part of the Cure International Network, spanning 25,000 m² with a capacity of 140 beds and designed in accordance with international healthcare standards.
CDG played a key role in the successful delivery of this project, providing integrated MEP design, Architect of Record services, and comprehensive construction supervision — ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and seamless ex*****on from design through completion.
The project reflects a coordinated multidisciplinary effort to deliver a fully integrated healthcare environment that prioritizes patient safety, operational efficiency, and long-term performance.
Through detailed engineering design, precise documentation, and continuous on-site supervision, the development was executed to ensure compliance, quality assurance, and sustainable functionality for the Al Ain community, This project demonstrates CDG’s capability in delivering complex healthcare facilities through integrated engineering coordination, regulatory compliance, and performance-driven construction oversight.
