LAMOS (Logistic And Maintenance Off-shore Services) Lda is a company established in Madeira Island, Portugal in 2020 providing services and integrated solutions to Oil & Gas companies operating in Africa and around the world as described in the following pages. LAMOS is an operator and provider of marine services for all types of offshore supply vessels, we also aim to provide integrated, maintena
nce and logistics services for offshore and onshore projects in Africa and around the world. We provide:
- Offshore Supply Vessels Services: All types of Offshore Supply vessels (AHT, AHTS, PSV, FSIV, Crew boats etc.) sourced through our partnerships with Owners and brokers on worldwide basis. This is giving us the flexibility to offer various technical and commercial proposals and develop tailor made solutions to our customers in close collaboration in order to optimize their projects; We take care of all local content in each country, from temporary importation to all the necessary authorizations and permits to work; Arrange local seafarers that have the necessary training and certifications to work offshore. LAMOS will also ensure full compliance with international regulations and local fiscal and taxation requirements necessary to operate and work in each country.
- Accommodation Services: Specialized marine equipment such as offshore accommodation barges and vessels or FLOTELs (anchored, DP2 or DP3) to use for offshore projects such as workover campaigns or hook-up operations – together with all the associated services such as catering (incl cleaning and laundry etc) and logistical services; LAMOS will be managing all the project and interfaces and be the single point of
contact which ultimately reduce both the risk and cost for our customers.
- Manpower and the Management of Installations Services: LAMOS established relationships with both local and experienced international partners that can provide our customers with the necessary expertise, technical support and offshore personnel to be able to manage and provide personnel for units like FPSO, FSO and Drilling production units or similar offshore installations in addition to maintenance; Perform procurement of materials and consumables and also develop and implement detailed management procedures together with our clients; Through our partners we are also able to provide ship management services for all types of offshore vessels and take care of visas, meet-and-greet and transportation/ accommodation.
- Logistics Services: Provide all logistics services in each country of operation. These services include: Importation / exportation, customs clearance, trucking and transportation. We can provide storage solutions either open stacking area, warehousing, management of inventory and chemical shelter. Likewise, we have access to all types of lifting equipment as well.
- Agency, Distribution and Local Representation: We are able to represent and promote further products and services to our unique network of contacts in Africa.
