Penafort Supermarket is looking for a reliable, well-organized, and customer-focused Checkout Supervisor to oversee our front-end cashier operations!

If you have proven experience managing cashier teams, handling POS systems, and keeping checkout lines moving smoothly, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising daily cashier operations and checkout till points.

Ensuring strict compliance with cash handling, receipting, and POS procedures.

Investigating cash discrepancies and preparing daily till reports.

Assisting customers with checkout inquiries and resolving issues.

Maintaining staff discipline, punctuality, and service standards.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a supermarket, FMCG, or retail environment.
✅ Strong numerical skills, POS familiarity, and attention to detail.
✅ Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
✅ Female candidate preferred.
✅ MUST reside within Iba, Ojo, Okokomaiko, Alaba, or LASU axis.
