On Sustainability Day in Portugal, we’re reflecting on how our approach to sustainable development has evolved.
Since last year, we have been guiding Net Zero Roadmaps into new projects from inception embedding decarbonization thinking into the earliest phases of schematic design, rather than retrofitting sustainability after the fact.
This year, we took that commitment further: advising on Green Capex allocation for decarbonization pathways in existing projects. This means integrating sustainability strategy, green financial planning, and ESG compliance into a single, coherent framework — rather than treating them as separate workstreams.
The result is measurable: projects that are efficient by design from the schematic stage onward, meeting both sustainability targets and regulatory compliance requirements simultaneously.
We achieve this by structuring differentiated financial strategies throughout each project’s development — aligning capital allocation with decarbonization outcomes at every stage, not just at the point of investment.
Sustainability isn’t a checkpoint. It’s a framework we build from day one.
