New RL500.
The perfect tool to transform large coils into gutter coils.
Adjusted to process coils with thicknesses up to 1mm and widths up to 500mm in this eco version.
Equipped with optional trimming and waste recoiler that cuts waste up to 100mm.
Also with optional protective film unwinder.
Mounted in-line with the peripheral, DCA1T decoiler with capacity for coils up to 1000kg.
The linear speed is automatically adjusted up to a maximum of 50 meters/minute.
Compact, fast, capable and versatile.
In this ECO version, we offer equipment suitable for most resellers with medium production needs.
In the ADVANCED version, more suitable for resellers with high production needs, the equipment is equipped with hydraulic opening mandrels, support arm with automatic drive, automatic cutting, higher speed and greater capacity.

New PTR120, machine for 120mm diameter round downspouts in PPG, aluminum, copper and others, equipped with optional automatic expansion crimp and semi-automatic retraction.
Our range for the manufacture of round downspouts is becoming increasingly complete and now includes models of 76, 80, 87, 100, 120 and soon we will also include the 150 model.
