Aamal announces its Q3 2026 financial results, reporting QAR 1,542.7 million in revenue, QAR 390.4 million in gross profit, and QAR 287.2 million in attributable net profit.
With broadly stable revenue and growth in gross profit, Aamal continues to prioritize operational efficiency, strategic diversification, and long-term shareholder value.

أعلنت شركة أعمال عن نتائجها المالية للربع الثالث من عام 2026، محققةً إيرادات بلغت 1,542.7 مليون ر.ق، وأرباحًا إجمالية بقيمة 390.4 مليون ر.ق، وصافي أرباح عائدة إلى المساهمين بلغ 287.2 مليون ر.ق.
وفي ظل استقرار الإيرادات إلى حد كبير ونمو الأرباح الإجمالية، تواصل أعمال التركيز على رفع كفاءة عملياتها، وتعزيز تنوّع محفظة أعمالها، وترسيخ أسس تحقيق قيمة مستدامة للمساهمين على المدى الطويل.

Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. announces that its subsidiary, Aamal Energy, has secured a five-year contract in Qatar, with an initial value exceeding QAR 100 million, to provide procurement services for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) commodities and consumables.
The agreement encompasses supplier sourcing, bid evaluation, purchase order placement, delivery coordination, and order close-out, including claims and warranty follow-ups.

This milestone strengthens Aamal Energy’s position in procurement services and reinforces Aamal’s continued expansion across Qatar’s energy and industrial sectors, supporting long-term growth and value creation.

تعلن شركة أعمال ش.م.ع.ق. عن فوز شركتها التابعة، أعمال للطاقة، بعقد في دولة قطر يمتد لخمس سنوات، بقيمة أولية تتجاوز 100 مليون ر.ق.، لتوفير خدمات المشتريات المتعلقة بمواد ومستلزمات الصيانة والإصلاح والتشغيل.
ويشمل العقد إدارة عمليات التوريد، بدءًا من تحديد الموردين وتقييم العطاءات، مرورًا بإصدار أوامر الشراء وتنسيق عمليات التسليم، وصولًا إلى استكمال إجراءات إغلاق الطلبات ومتابعة المطالبات والضمانات.

Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between its subsidiary, Advanced Pipes and Casts Company (APC), and China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd.
Signed by Aamal's CEO, Mr. Rashid Al Mansoori, on behalf of APC, in the presence of Sheikh Khalid bin Faisal Al Thani and executive management representatives from both companies, the agreement establishes a framework to explore strategic collaboration on upcoming concrete tunnel segment projects and related supply chain requirements in Qatar and the region.
This milestone reflects Aamal's continued focus on building strategic relationships and exploring new opportunities within the infrastructure sector.

أعلنت شركة أعمال ش.م.ع.ق. عن إبرام مذكرة تفاهم بين شركتها التابعة، شركة الأنابيب والصبات المتقدمة (APC)، مجموعة الصين للأنفاق والسكك الحديدية (China Railway Tunnel Group Co., Ltd.)، بهدف استكشاف آفاق التعاون المشترك في قطاع البنية التحتية.
وقد وقّع المذكرة السيد راشد علي المنصوري، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أعمال، بالنيابة عن شركة APC، وذلك بحضور الشيخ خالد بن فيصل آل ثاني وعدد من ممثلي الإدارة التنفيذية لدى الشركتين. وتوفّر المذكرة إطاراً للتباحث حول فرص التعاون الاستراتيجي في مشاريع قطاعات الأنفاق الخرسانية المزمع تنفيذها مستقبلاً، فضلاً عن متطلبات سلاسل التوريد المرتبطة بهذه المشاريع في دولة قطر والأسواق الإقليمية.

Laziz Kudratov, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade; H.E. Shokhrukh Gulamov, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade; and H.E. Ashraf Khodjaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Qatar.
