Even during her own busy schedule and training sessions, Silvia made time for us. She once came to check in during her 10-minute break, which says a lot. Her support never feels forced, she is genuinely interested in our progress and ready to help with anything. Whether it is reviewing code, or just offering advice, Silvia is always all in. Seeing her show up for us like that motivated us to stay focused and support each other the same way. Her consistency helps us function not just as individuals doing tasks, but as a team that communicates, trusts, and builds together. Working alongside her makes everything feel more connected and definitely more fun.

Naomi is one of those people whose calm energy instantly makes you feel more focused and capable. She has incredible patience and genuine dedication, always ready to dive into a problem and stay there until it's solved. There was a time she spent nearly two extra hours with the team, working through a particularly tricky bug without ever showing a hint of frustration. Her presence never feels rushed or distant, she's fully there, asking the right questions, guiding the process, and making everyone feel included. Beyond the technical help, what we appreciate most is how good it feels to be around her. Her company is genuinely enjoyable, we’d hang out in the gameroom, laughing, talking, and bonding as a team, and she always made those moments lighter and more connected. That mix of support, humor and care makes us want to do better, not just for the project, but because we feel truly motivated. Thanks to Naomi, we don’t just grow, we enjoy the process.

Cristina always makes time for us, whether it is checking in on how our day was going or simply being around when we need a bit of guidance. Even though she’s clearly Team Electric Castle, she listened with a smile when there was a BeachPlease discussion, showing she’s open to hearing different perspectives, and that’s what real mentorship is about. What stands out the most is how invested she is in helping us move forward. She worked closely with accounting to secure approval for the components needed to assemble Airsy, and didn’t stop until everything was sorted. That kind of dedication showed us how much she cared, and it inspired us to show up with the same energy. She never pushes, she encourages, and that brings a sense of ease and natural teamwork. Thanks to Cristina, we feel seen, supported, and motivated to give our best in everything we do.
