Andreas Ripsam is the new CEO – welcome!

As of January 1, 2026, Andreas Ripsam has taken on the role of CEO at AS-Schneider, bringing extensive international leadership experience and a strong background in mechanical engineering.

Following a one-month transition period, interim CEO Dr. Franz Joachim Trasser has returned to the Advisory Board. We would like to sincerely thank him for his great commitment, his open-door leadership, and his steady guidance throughout the transition.

With the handover now complete, Andreas Ripsam will play a key role in shaping the future development of AS-Schneider. We look forward to continuing the success story of our 150-year-old family-owned company together with our international team.

New Ideas – Global Perspectives

Our Anniversary Event at the AS-Schneider headquarters in Nordheim brought together people from all over the world – for inspiring conversations and lively exchange, all driven by a shared spirit of progress.

In small groups, partners, business friends and customers discussed topics like hydrogen, digitalization and future trends. Despite different backgrounds, it was easy to connect – people laughed, networked and truly listened.
