The Design Concept
The villa's design aims to meet functional requirements with modern facades that blend functionality with natural ventilation according to the client's needs. This was achieved by designing facades that include mashrabiya and balconies to enhance ventilation and increase the coolness of the interior spaces, aiding in the natural flow of air.
One of the I faced was controlling the airflow, ensuring the entry of cool air and the expulsion of hot air. To achieve this, I used strategic ventilation openings and skylights that allow cool air to enter from the bottom and hot air to exit from the top. Additionally, I used building materials that reduce heat absorption, such as insulated walls and double-glazed windows.
✅ Furthermore, I considered using natural plants 🍃 in the outdoor spaces, which act as a natural thermal insulator, improving air quality and enhancing the beauty of the design. To achieve a balance between functionality and aesthetics, I used modern designs while preserving traditional elements like mashrabiya.

The result was a villa that combines functional performance with architectural beauty, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the client while maximizing the benefits of natural ventilation 🪟.

للفيلا تهدف إلى تلبية المتطلبات الوظيفية بواجهات عصرية تمزج بين الوظيفة والتهوية الطبيعية حسب متطلبات العميل. تم تنفيذ ذلك بتصميم واجهات تشمل المشربيات والبلكونات لتعزيز التهوية وزيادة برودة الفراغات الداخلية، مما يساعد في سريان حركة الهواء الطبيعية.
من #التحديات اللي واجهتني هي التحكم في حركة الهواء وكيفية دخول الهواء البارد وتفريغ الهواء الساخن. لتحقيق ذلك، استخدمت فتحات تهوية استراتيجية ومناور تتيح دخول الهواء البارد من الأسفل وخروج الهواء الساخن من الأعلى. كما استخدمت مواد بناء تقلل من امتصاص الحرارة مثل الجدران المعزولة والزجاج المزدوج.
✅ كمان راعيت في التصميم استخدام النباتات الطبيعية 🍃في المساحات الخارجية ساهم كعازل حراري طبيعي، مما يحسن جودة الهواء ويعزز جمال التصميم. لتحقيق التوازن بين الوظيفة والجمالية، استخدمت تصاميم حديثة مع الحفاظ على العناصر التقليدية مثل المشربيات.
