A chemical overhaul is recommended once every year as it goes further than a chemical wash. They will clean the drainage pipes, heat exchange coils as well as the blower wheels in addition to what normal servicing and normal chemical wash provides.
Entire unit is checked for any anomalies including strange noises r sound coming from your aircon, drainage pipe blockages and aircon vent dust particles
