Massive congratulations to for clinching the world title of 2026 Cezve/Ibrik Champion earlier this week. 🏆🌏☕️

It was a privilege to be able to partner with Jane and her phenomenal team at .ae for this campaign.

Jane’s performance concept of time is a really apt and remarkable one. With the goal of elevating the shared experience of coffee, she had woven modern technologies and techniques into the rich tapestry and heritage of cezve brewing. It was an absolutely masterful performance.

In her routine, Jane used the prototype of our Platform Mini Wavemaker to wave her simple cezve course. This created a smoother and silkier mouthfeel in her coffees, allowing her to score perfectly on tactile accuracy, and almost perfectly on tactile experience.

Special thanks to and for the trust and partnership, and to and for helping to make this happen.

So thrilled to share that a Janson Geisha Natural Waved lot is going to be on auction at the Dubai Coffee Auction by DMCC from 18 to 19 Jan 2026, held in conjunction with . This geisha natural is one of the first few exclusive micro lots processed with the Waved technology.

This one happening for us is an absolute dream come true. Coffee processing has always been a key priority for us when it comes to making waves from farm to cup to elevate beverage quality.

Thanks to the generosity and expertise of .kai and the family, we set out on this Janson X Waved project a year ago. During our time at the farm, we successfully ran a total of 32 experiments that spanned across Waved AO (Anti-Oxidising) and ERX (Energised Reactions) processes. Since then, the amazing Janson team has been continuing the work to run many more experiments and commissioning production lots.

Today, we are steadily pushing out Waved-processed Janson coffees to the world. It’s been beyond surreal and an absolute privilege.

Once again, we would like to extend our appreciation to Carl, Michael, Peter, .kai, , Miguel and the greater team for sharing with us their world-class expertise, infrastructure and coffees. We’re so proud to be able to partner with all of you to make waves in coffee processing and production.

[Bar Closure: 31 Dec 2025] We wish we could always bring you great news through our feed, like we’ve been striving to do. This one is unfortunately not one. We will be closing our beverage bar by the end of this year.

This decision has not been an easy one. We love the Katong/Joo Chiat community. Through the wonderful hospitality and dedication of our operations team consisting of Correena (), Anaqi (), Desiree () and Jonathan (), we’ve gained so much by serving you. You have shown us that ultimately serving beverages is about serving the community. It is not about pushing technical boundaries, it is about spreading human warmth and forging bonds. This community is a really special one and it is any business’ privilege to be able to serve all of you. So from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! ❤️

As we are going back to our roots of being a technology enabler to people and businesses globally, we hope to reach and reconnect with you soon through our applied products, partnerships and more.

We couldn’t be more stoked for ’s championship victory at the Indonesian Brewer’s Cup 2025/2026! Massive congratulations to him and the phenomenal team behind him.

We’re so honoured to power a small part of his victory as he used the Single Wavemaker to elevate his brew water for a final cup with higher flavour clarity, smoother texture and cleaner finish.

In his performance, he spoke about how each seemingly small impact can quickly add up to create huge impacts. How tiny ripples can make huge waves.

Ryan’s message was inspiring, yet grounded enough for many of us to learn from and model after. We often think that successes like this look really unattainable, but it’s through small yet consistent steps everyday, we too can rise amongst giants.

Sights at our recent Coffee & Spirits Omakase Sessions with a World Champion.

It was such a pleasure having , 2025 World Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, share his championship-winning courses with us through the 2 sessions held. Odi truly delivered an eye-opening and mouth-watering experience for all of us as he presented beverage creations in ways that we had never seen before. The spirit of creativity and innovation really shone through. During the sessions, he even married his creations with our technology by waving all of his beverages to bring about elevated flavours and textures.

To all of our guests, thank you all so much for joining us and gracing these sessions with your attendance and conversations! We had such a blast hosting all of you. Till the next one! 🫶🌊

Introducing our newly-minted 2025 World Barista Champion, Mr. 3-2-1, Jack Simpson ()!!! 🏆🌏☕️

Jack’s win is almost like a fairy tale. Fighting his way through from 3rd in 2023 and 2nd in 2024 to finally 1st place this year. 3 consecutive WBC performances, each one even more meaningful and impactful than the last.

To us, Jack will always be a special friend and partner. He was the first barista champion to believe in us since day one. He has been elevating his coffees with our wavemakers since the 2024 Australian Nationals all the way through to his win yesterday, scoring full 6/6 for his espressos in finals no less.

He believed that technology and innovation can contribute to the elevation of coffee quality worldwide. With his message and concept in WBC last year, he blazed a trail for us to explore how we can use electromagnetic waves to add value to coffee processing. To us, he was already as important to the coffee industry as any world champion is.

But in spite of all of the above, this year’s performance really sealed the deal for us and many around the world. It represented the wonderful human in him.

He carried with him a wholesome message for baristas globally. The responsibility of baristas to not just brew great coffees with amazing tools, but to also bridge the gap between producers and customers. Baristas can use their voices to tell the stories behind the cup about the producers and origins. They can also use their voices to provide feedback from customers back to the producers so as to help them improve their coffee even further.

We are all so proud of you, Jack! We can’t wait to see how far your ambassadorship can push the coffee industry forward in the year ahead. Let’s make waves! 🌊☕️

Spotlighting our almost 3-year-old Single Wavemaker. This particular unit was created as a prototype to test the Waved effects with real customers at our beverage bar. It was created for us to stabilise the consistency in taste and texture for our beverages.

Through our bar service and feedback from users coming from 15 different countries, we have learnt that it does 3 things really well:
1. Extending beverage shelf lives

2. Preserve fresh-like flavour profiles and enhance taste longevity

3. Elevate taste and textures by ways of lower bitterness/astringency, smoother texture, rounder acidity and higher sweetness.

With the above, it’s been amazing to see businesses differentiating themselves and boosting bottom lines with operational improvements and new business concepts. Here are just some examples.

- Juice bars enjoying less wastage due to longer shelf lives

- Cafés creating bottled or canned ready-to-drink coffees or other beverages that taste better for longer

- Bars creating tasting experiences around non-Waved vs. Waved, serving premium and rare coffees

The Single started out as a way to test with real customers. It has grown to businesses trusting us and making waves alongside us. We’re beyond honoured and thankful.

We remain dedicated to extend the reach of our technology for more useful applications to come.

We are bringing yet another world champion to you at Waved! 🏆☕️🍸

We are hosting Georgius Audrey Teja (), 2025 World Coffee In Good Spirits Champion, to conduct 2 sessions of coffee & spirits omakase for you.

The World Coffee In Good Spirits Championship is a global coffee cocktail competition that challenges competitors to craft creative coffee cocktails from scratch to wow judges with winning flavours and performances.

In these private sessions, you can expect his award-winning 3-course coffee & spirits omakase menu. Combining his beverage mastery with our Waved technology, he is going to elevate all 3 courses with our wavemakers. The 3 courses will feature a sous-vide brewed coffee, clarified latte and a tech-enhanced Irish coffee (alcoholic).

Throughout these courses, where possible, he will also offer side-by-side taste comparisons for you to taste the difference between non-Waved and Waved versions.

Ready-to-drink bottled and canned coffees, powered by Waved.

Huge congratulations to the team at La Maison Etoilee Coffee Flavor Lab on their amazingly well-received grand opening!

Pushing the boundaries of traditional cafe workflow, this team primarily serves up their menu with bottled or canned ready-to-drink (RTD) coffees made daily in small batches. These coffees are prepared and presented in various formats from espresso and filter, to cold brew and signature beverage concoctions.

By waving all of their RTD coffees with the Single Wavemaker before bottling, they are able to extend shelf lives and taste longevity, allowing all of them to taste better for longer. They have also been able to enjoy flavour elevation by ways of lower bitterness and astringency, rounder and softer acidity and highlighted sweetness.

We’re so proud of how they are using waves to be uncompromising on beverage quality and consistency, while cutting down on preparation time and maximising interaction time in front of guests.

“Making waves is not for everyone, so is winning.”

Taking a brief moment today to look back and celebrate 3 amazing wave-making champions who have earned us tremendous exposure in the coffee industry through their podium placements in 3 global coffee championships. For those who know, it was NOT easy showcasing a new and niche technology from another industry to boost your cup quality and performance. It was a risk at that time. Nevertheless, this risk paid off and these guys are now champions and beyond.

, .esco.bar and , from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for choosing to make waves in what you do and inspire many to do so. You embody the boundary-pushing and innovation-embracing attitude that we just love at Waved.

Massive congratulations to , for clinching first place 🥇 at the recent World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship 2025.

We’re so proud to have been a small part of his journey. Georgius is one of the most talented and creative beverage creators we have ever worked with. His creativity extends beyond the use of ingredients, he leverages edge innovation and tools to help him push the boundaries of what his beverage creations could be.

In his championship-winning performance, he used the lab prototype of our Platform Wavemaker to wave his Irish coffee’s cream. In his words, the cream is the most important component of the Irish coffee. Using the Platform, he managed to enhance sweetness, bring out a delicate floral aroma and create a silky texture.

Through Georgius’ phenomenal presentation and our collaboration, he has truly opened our eyes up to possibilities of what making waves in beverages really could look like. It is awe-inspiring, to say the least.

Thank you, Odi. We’re so proud of you and your achievements. We can’t wait to see what kind of waves you will make in the beverage (beyond coffee) industry in time to come.
