Job Description:
Prime Legacy Reno & Construction, a leading firm in the renovation and construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving new business sales and managing complex renovation projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing our market presence through effective project management and sales excellence.
Responsibilities:
- **Business Development:** Actively generate leads and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales in the home renovation sector.
- **Project Management:** Oversee and manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- **Client Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining long-term relationships.
- **Subcontractor Coordination:** Coordinate and monitor all work performed by subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- **Payment Monitoring:** Manage and oversee the financial aspects of projects, including invoicing, collection of payments, and budgeting.
- **Sales and Performance Tracking:** Regularly track and report on sales performance and project progress to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in home renovation and sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in monitoring subcontractor work and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
- Experience in handling client relationships and project financials, including monitoring payments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license; ownership of a personal vehicle is preferred.
