Flavour creation is a journey that blends science, creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of consumer preferences. We were honoured to welcome the Singapore Inc team to KH Roberts for a rare behind-the-scenes look at the world of flavour creation — exploring the craft of flavourists, the science behind flavour development, and the journey from concept to commercial production.

Founded in 1968, KH Roberts is Singapore's first homegrown flavour house. For decades, we have partnered with leading food and beverage brands across Asia and around the world, crafting flavour experiences that inspire consumers and strengthen brands in every market we serve.
