Looking for Telesale executive! (Pharma industry)

-Able to speak fluent English
- Positive, energetic and loves to talk
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts

- Build relationship with customers over the phone in a long term basis

- Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks

- Order Processing via inbound calls

- Other administrative tasks etc

- As and when tasks being assigned

- Work near Novena area

- Work as a team to meet sales target

- Mon to Fri office hours

- 2.2k to 2.5k monthly + up to $1000 monthly incentives
-Only for Singaporean or PR

This is a 1-year contract role which is eligible for base salary and incentives.

General responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long term basis
Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
Order processing via inbound Calls
Consignment ordering and administrative follow up
Functional skills and knowledge

Possess similar job experience in customer service / indoor sales / sales coordinator
Excellent verbal communication skills
Meticulous
Basic computer skills and familiar with CRM system
Education

Diploma and above
Work experience

Minimum 1 year experience in similar or related role
