🔹 Double-Glazed Doors and Partitions– Designed with both vertical and horizontal flat bars, this configuration brings a more dynamic and modern architectural rhythm to the space. The grid detailing subtly breaks up the glass expanse, adding visual interest without sacrificing openness.

🔹 Curved Glass Feature – At the front room, a gentle curve elevates the entire design — a unique and modern statement that softens the geometry of the space while maintaining flow and light.

🔹 Interchangeable Glazing System– A seamless mix of single and double-glazed partitions, thoughtfully planned to adapt as the office grows. Whether it’s acoustics or aesthetics, this flexible configuration allows easy future upgrades without dismantling the entire system.

This week at Paya Lebar Quarters Office, we’re proud to showcase a smartly crafted installation designed to deliver modern functionality and future adaptability in one seamless package.

🔹 Offset Single-Glazed Frontier System – A contemporary upgrade from traditional centre glazing, the offset design offers a more refined visual edge. Paired with our signature capping system, it allows for effortless reconfiguration should future upgrades—such as switching to double glazing—be required. Installed with 12mm tempered glass, this system achieves an acoustic performance of RW 31–37, perfect for dynamic office environments that require both style and sound control.

🔹 Echo Single-Glazed Door – This door features a rebated edge for enhanced acoustics while maintaining a clean, seamless aesthetic. Outfitted with concealed hinges and a straightforward termination detail, it simplifies installation while preserving the visual integrity of the room.
