The wire from the isolator to the condenser unit was hot.
We used a thermal imaging camera to scan and look at how hot it is.
The previous installer used an undersized wire 3 core 40 instead of using 3 core 70.
This pose a risk of fire hazard.

Highest floor unit with mold on the wall.
Town council officer came and said it is due to Aircon piping and not the rooftop water proofing. Home owner engaged us to check the piping insulation. Pipe insulation was dry and not worn out. We used thermal imaging to scan the area and you can see Aircon is turned on with dark purple which means it is a cold spot. Whereas the mold area were bright yellow means hot spot.
