On 2 September 2026, SAESL proudly celebrated its Silver Jubilee, marking 25 years of resilience, growth, and excellence.

Graced by the British High Commissioner to Singapore, H.E. Nikesh Mehta, and joined by senior leaders from Rolls-Royce, SIA Engineering Company, Singapore Airlines, Scoot, government agencies, industry partners and strategic suppliers, the evening brought together the many stakeholders who have been part of SAESL's journey over the past quarter century.

Most importantly, we celebrated our employees, including many long-serving colleagues who have dedicated years, and in some cases decades, to building SAESL into the company it is today. Through every challenge and triumph, their commitment, expertise and teamwork have remained at the heart of our success.

Filled with inspiring performances, heartfelt moments and fond memories, the evening was a tribute to the people and partnerships that have shaped our story. As we celebrate 25 years of achievement, we honour the people who brought us here and look forward to shaping the future of aerospace together.

On 21st July, our colleagues took to the pitch in the spirit of the beautiful game, showcasing exceptional teamwork, sportsmanship, and fair play throughout our annual Futsal Tournament.

At SAESL, workforce transformation goes beyond our shopfloors. It is a mindset that drives every colleague to continuously learn, adapt, and collaborate. This was clearly reflected on the futsal pitch, where teams demonstrated resilience, agility, and the ability to adapt to different tactical situations while working together towards a common goal.

A special thank you to VP Customer Business & Procurement, Andy Kwek for taking time out of his busy schedule to support the event and present the medals & trophies to our deserving winners.
