For Ang Kai Yee, Culture & Engagement at Delta Electronics Singapore, her journey with the Engagement Committee shows how collaboration can turn ideas into meaningful experiences for employees.
When Kai Yee joined Delta Singapore in 2023, the team was beginning to explore new ways to bring employees together.
Over the years, by listening to feedback, exchanging ideas, and staying aligned on a common goal, the Engagement Committee continued to learn, evolve, and strengthen employee engagement.
What started with a few initiatives has since grown into a year-round engagement calendar, bringing colleagues together through wellbeing, team activities, community initiatives, and shared experiences across the organization.
For Kai Yee, what makes this journey meaningful is the people behind it. Every idea, event, and improvement is shaped by different perspectives and by colleagues who are willing to learn from one another and continuously make things better together.
